Would I fall for it myself?
No team, no IT department – just the honest question of whether you can spot a good fake. You learn at your own pace and then test yourself. No subscription, just for you.
This is what it looks like in practice.
Cockpit, team report, certificate and proof of training for a fictitious company with twelve people. All names and results are made up; the layout is exactly what you will see yourself later.
Groups, registered people and the cost if everyone completes. From here you start training, an initial test or a repeat run.
The team’s click and data-entry rates, a comparison with all test runs, participation in training. Anonymised.
Results at a glance and protection level with a recommendation. The PDF carries an authenticity QR code and is suitable for audits, insurers and NIS2 documentation.
Name, course, dates of training and practical test, reference to standards, signature and a verifiable certificate number with QR code.
All training carried out, with time stamps and participation rates, mapped to the requirements. Also for ISO 27001, GDPR, the AI Act and cyber insurance.
Each person sees only their own result: reaction to each test email, how the scam could have been spotted, and what their device gave away.
This is how my training works.
The same order applies on your own: understand first, then test. You choose whether to learn with me, with my materials or entirely online – and the self-test shows you in black and white how well you spot fakes.
Three ways – you choose what suits you.
I support you personally – one-to-one, online or on site if you wish, with examples from your everyday life.
You work through my materials on your own – at your pace, whenever it suits you.
You learn online the way you prefer – by text or video, at your own pace, choosing the content.
Train first, then test – deliberately in that order.
-
Learn first
First you acquire the basics – with me or through self-study.
-
Phishing test as a self-check
Only then comes the simulated attack – not as an exam, but as an honest self-check: you see whether what you learned holds up in everyday life.
-
A reliable instinct, refreshed when needed
Learning plus self-test turns into a reliable instinct that you simply refresh when the time comes.
Your status report is based on your result after learning – it shows the level you have reached, not the unprotected starting point.
Will a team grow later? Then you add new people with one click – they immediately receive the same online materials and a first self-test and continue with the same prior knowledge.
The reverse order – and why I advise against it.
It sounds obvious to be “tested” first and only then learn. Technically that works – I can set it up for you.
Being thrown in at the deep end with a test first is usually just discouraging – falling for something without any prior knowledge tells you little. If you learn first, you approach the test calmly and genuinely take something away from it. A test without prior training only measures the starting point at zero. My approach turns this around: equip first, then check.
No subscription, as and when you need it, and always with my personal support.
