“Digital security at work: what you need to know.” A talk with live demos, delivered by me in person in front of your team.
This is the counterpart to the self-study course: not a video, but someone in the room who responds to your questions and demonstrates attacks instead of describing them. Your technology guards the perimeter, and that is and remains the job of IT. This is about the attacks it cannot catch because they take the official route: your team learns to recognise and stop them.
The five topics
- Handling email safely: recognising phishing and malware before anyone clicks
- The right password strategy: passwords nobody has to remember that still hold up
- Insecure connections: public Wi-Fi, hotels, home office, VPN, and whatever is plugged in via USB
- Updates and patches: why putting them off gets expensive
- Backup strategy: what is left after a ransomware attack

If you wish, the hands-on anti-phishing training follows directly: your team is tested in their own inboxes, you receive an anonymised evaluation of their resilience, each person gets their personal result, plus the online course to review at their own pace.

What a training session costs depends on group size, number of sessions, location and whether the hands-on training is added. I don’t calculate that as a flat rate; we discuss it. A phone call usually settles it in five minutes.
