What it is about

Vim (Vi IMproved) ist eine Weiterentwicklung des Texteditors vi. Ein entfernter, anonymer Angreifer kann eine Schwachstelle in vim ausnutzen, um beliebigen Programmcode auszuführen.

Over the network and without logging in. This is the most dangerous combination: attackers can scan reachable devices automatically.
