Arista Extensible Operating System (EOS) ist ein modulares Linux basiertes Netzwerkbetriebssystem. Ein Angreifer aus einem angrenzenden Netzwerk kann mehrere Schwachstellen in Arista EOS ausnutzen, um Sicherheitsvorkehrungen zu umgehen oder einen Denial of Service zu verursachen.
