What comes on top but has no euro figure
How is it calculated?
Downtime = employees × days × typical revenue per person and working day in your sector × 70% (the share of work that stops without IT). Recovery = base amount for forensics and rebuilding plus an amount per workstation. Plus legal advice and notifications. Not included: ransom, contractual penalties, lost customers. The figures are cautious estimates based on:
