Cisco Finesse integriert traditionelle Contact-Center-Funktionen web-basiert in einen Thin-Client-Desktop. Ein entfernter, anonymer Angreifer kann eine Schwachstelle in Cisco Finesse ausnutzen, um Dateien zu manipulieren und potenziell um beliebigen Programmcode auszuführen.
