WID-SEC-2026-3794 · first 08.10.2026 · updated 08.10.2026 · CVSS 7,2
What it is about
Cisco Finesse integriert traditionelle Contact-Center-Funktionen web-basiert in einen Thin-Client-Desktop. Ein entfernter, anonymer Angreifer kann eine Schwachstelle in Cisco Finesse, Unified CCE und Unified CCX ausnutzen, um Informationen offenzulegen, indem er Server-Side Request Forgery (SSRF)-Angriffe durchführt.
Under what conditions?
Over the network and without logging in. This is the most dangerous combination: attackers can scan reachable devices automatically.
What can happen in the worst case
An attacker could use the vulnerability to
- Informationen offenzulegen
- indem er Server-Side Request Forgery (SSRF)-Angriffe durchführt
